Hi, I’m Rani — and I believe life is happening right now.

Every day is a chance to learn, laugh, explore, and share what matters most. Sometimes that means traveling or cooking with my fiancé; sometimes it’s cheering on my son Carter as he grows into an incredible student, a future leader, and most importantly, an amazing human.

Other days, it’s gathering with family and friends, sharing good food, a glass of wine, and plenty of laughter (especially when things don’t go as planned).

This is the life I’ve curated — not perfect, but intentional. A life built on resilience, joy, and growth.

My Story

I’ve spent 20 years in insurance, but if you think that makes me about policies and paperwork, you don’t know me yet. For me, insurance has always been about people. It’s about protecting the dreams, families, and futures they’re working so hard for. That perspective has shaped not only my career but the way I live my life.

Alongside my insurance agency, I’ve acquired businesses like EMK Skincare, a luxury science and longevity skincare brand. I also started the Working Women Mentor Podcast, which celebrates women building lives they love and sharing the mentorship that got them there.

Everything I do comes back to one theme: Simplify the hard stuff so we can focus on what really matters — living today.

Life Beyond Work

My proudest role is being Carter’s mom — cheering him on as he becomes a thoughtful, resilient, and inspiring young man. He motivates me daily to stay curious, keep growing, and cherish both the small moments and the big milestones.

Outside of business, I love travel, cooking, and spending time with my fiancé, family, and friends. Exploring new experiences, even if it means laughing my way through the unexpected, brings me joy.

I live a full life: building businesses, exploring the world, and creating space for women to share their voices. Every one of these pieces is part of who I am, and together, they make me grateful for today while excited for what’s ahead.
